My name is Vadim K, (David for short) and I was in your facility the other day looking at cars. I have always been skiptical about dealerships due to my prior experiences. Yesterday my entire philosophy had changed. Not only did I find an AMAZING car at a great value (g35x), but also received the BEST customer service I have ever seen. You may remember that four years ago, when I leased an automobile from your firm, there were some issues that your firm quickly resolved. It is sometimes difficult to fully appreciate the true worth of a company if everything goes as planned. But when there are problems, you learn the value and integrity of both the company and the people involved by how they address the issues. Mr. Smith, you and everyone in your company, have turned a disgruntled individual in a very loyal customer by your commitment to doing the right thing. The most amazing part of this process was that everyone at your company acted without reservation or qualifications.

 

So, the worth of your company became very evident by your actions. And I understand that you now own the company. Congratulations for realizing that tremendous accomplishment. Another observation is that your firm seems to continually improve and I can only assume that is indicative of your influence and control since you are now the owner.

 

Obviously any company is made up by the people involved and you have some great people working there. Eric Tuxhorn is such a tremendous asset to your firm. His follow through and great customer service make it a pleasure to do business with him. I have just received my second vehicle from your firm and this experience has also been a pleasure. Terry Inghilterra and Tony Drees made the buying experience fun and rewarding. Their knowledge and attention to detail, while impressive, was secondary to their great attitude and great service. I also appreciated Jessi Heyer staying rather late on a Saturday night to handle the paperwork.

Last December I saw an Infiniti of Denver ebay listing for a 2007 Toyota 4Runner. The photos of this SUV got my attention.  I had a couple of phone conversations with Brandon Mutch who was very forthcoming and accurate in his responses. A deal was made over the phone to purchase this 4Runner. My wife thought I was nuts buying it sight unseen.  I felt comfortable doing so, because we had good experiences previously when purchased a Q45 from West Houston Infiniti and a QX4 from Red Noland Infiniti in Colorado Springs. 


Brandon picked us up at DIA and took us to your dealership to finalize the purchase. When we saw the 4Runner,  it looked new and drove like new, exceeding our expectations. When we talked with John Freund, he was able to get us a loan 60 basis points lower than we had from my credit union. Everyone we interacted with was professional and customer focused.


The bottom line is that we are totally satisfied customers.
