Driven by Dedication: Celebrating 16 Years of Ownership at INFINITI OF DENVER
June 24 2025 - INFINITI OF DENVER

This week marks a milestone at INFINITI OF DENVER—16 years under the ownership of Chris Smith, a leader whose story is rooted in persistence, vision, and a deep commitment to people.

Chris began his automotive career in sales 30 years ago at INFINITI OF DENVER, learning the business from the ground up. In 2009, after nearly two decades of hard work and customer-first dedication, he was given the opportunity to purchase INFINITI OF DENVER. What began as a career has since transformed into a calling—to build something enduring, meaningful, and local.

“I never set out to own a dealership,” Chris reflects. “I just kept showing up, doing the work, and treating people the way I wanted to be treated. One day, the opportunity came—and I knew I had to take it.”

Over the past 16 years, Chris has navigated market shifts, brand evolutions, and industry headwinds, all while holding tight to one principle: people matter most. Under his leadership, INFINITI OF DENVER has become one of Colorado’s only remaining single-point OEM retailers, offering a personalized, boutique luxury experience that larger dealer groups often struggle to match.

“Being a single-point store isn’t always the easy route,” Chris says. “But it allows us to stay nimble, stay focused, and stay true to who we are. Our customers feel that difference. And so does our team.”

INFINITI OF DENVER isn’t just a dealership—it’s a long-standing part of the community, built on relationships, reputation, and remarkable service. From launching the complimentary Home by INFINITI OF DENVER valet program to creating elevated customer experiences inspired by thoughtful hospitality, Chris has pushed the brand forward while never losing sight of its roots.

As the road ahead unfolds, one thing remains clear: this isn't just an anniversary—it's a celebration of leadership built on loyalty, trust, and heart.
