We want to provide update on how INFINITI Financial Services (IFS) is working with our customer base to get through this crisis.
EXISTING INFINITI RETAIL & LEASE CUSTOMERS
Existing Retail and Lease customers that call into the IFS Customer Service Department (800-456-6622) are being offered extensions up to 3 months. Customer can use chat feature via infinitfinance.com as option to request assistance on-line.
In addition, IFS is waiving current late charges to further assist our customer base.
NMAC/IFS has processed just north of 30,000 extensions through yesterday, and continue to be open for business to help our customers through this crisis.
CUSTOMERS WITH LEASES EXPIRING
Existing Lease Maturities – NMAC/IFS is offering extensions for customer that have matured leases within 5 months and they should be directed to 800-778-4211.
